Getting Started

Your first Individual counseling session will consist of meeting with an empathetic, relational counselor in a safe and confidential environment. You will work together with your counselor to identify your specific concerns and develop goals to help with the underlying issues that brought you to therapy. Sessions are typically 45 minutes to an hour and appointment frequency is often weekly or bi-weekly, but this depends on each individual’s need and preference.

To schedule an appointment please contact our office. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and will work to match you with a counselor based on your specific needs and concerns.
